How to Make Super Easy Three-Ingredient No Egg Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- OPTIONAL: Jam or Sprinkles
Directions:
1. Mix together butter, sugar, and flour.
2. Roll cookie dough into balls and flatten.
IF USING JAM:

With spoon, indent center of cookies and fill with jam.
IF USING SPRINKLES:
Apply sprinkles now, and not after baking.
3. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Be sure to chill in the refrigerator before serving, as jam can burn if not cooled completely. Also, cookies may crumble and break if not chilled completely.
